I'm really into the classes and all that they provide. That said, the way they communicate could use some improvement. I bought a two-class pass for November, selecting one class priced at $20 and another at $50. I got an email later saying that the pass doesn’t cover classes over $20, but that wasn’t made clear in the pass description. I didn’t know about this rule, and unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. I didn’t raise a fuss about it, but next time, I’ll definitely be more careful and ask questions before I buy another class.

I got the Kookie Kollection waist trainer back in January, and from then until June, I shed 30 pounds and lost 5 inches off my waist, all thanks to their product and my workouts. I dropped so much weight that my waist trainer became too loose, so I had to grab a smaller size.

I reached out to them about a discount for repeat buyers, and they got back to me super quick—talk about awesome response time!

After that, I ordered a smaller waist trainer. I was feeling myself a bit too much and ended up picking the wrong size... lol, your girl thought she was looking cute!
